This new-build project in Shoreditch comprises 30 apartments in a faithful reproduction of a 19th century loft building. The site was acquired with the benefit of an existing planning consent, however the design and configuration had no product focus consequently the project was re-designed from scratch. The end product captured the intended target market and set a new benchmark for value in this location with all units selling off-plan.
