Two noteable market making projects in this period were Bow Quarter (former Bryant & May match factory) and Alaska (former Martin's fur factory). These multi-award winning projects established a new consumer agenda for property in the London marketplace, shaping the decade that followed. Projects such as Camden Wharf, Albert Dock, Belgrave Hospital and York Central were also notable for their design and regenerative contribution in each of their locales.
