A 12,000 square foot office redevelopment located in the heart of Soho on one of London's finest squares. The product was positioned for private equity type tenants seeking an alternative to uninteresting West-end buildings with the look and feel of a boutique hotel. The concept also incorporated the very successful Nordic Bakery on the ground floor, which was specifically conceived to compliment the overall scheme.
