This award winning project in Clerkenwell, which started life as two derelict properties and was subsequently transformed into 8 apartments which set a new high watermark for this part of London. Prior to this development the location was considered to be 'challenged' in that it is surrounded by social housing, however the finished product made an important regenerative impact, contributing towards changing perceptions of this neighbourhood.
